4.1. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5.1. Data is stored only for coaching purposes and is encrypted. If possible, it may be used for marketing purposes. The data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary.
